  • All homes will be designed and built to meet, and exceed, the 'Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone' requirements.

  • Site-specific proposals and detailed, accurate estimates and schedule will be provided upon request.

  • All listed fees are rough estimates for preliminary guidance and to help narrow down options.

  • All listed packages are customizable to meet your specific needs, allowing clients to personalize the rebuild.

  • Customized proposals for smart, energy-efficient, and LEED-certified design homes are available upon request.

  • Design and construction will be governed by two separate contracts, allowing flexibility for the client.

  • The design fees shall be credited toward the construction contract, provided that the plans are executed by us.

  • If you choose to proceed with just the design and permitting and use your own builder, we will only bill for design fees.

  • City plan check fees and permit fees are not included and will be calculated by the agency after plans submittal.

  • Fees related to the preparation and/or processing of variances (if required) are not included.

  • Design phase & permitting include resubmittals as required per the city plan check corrections.

  • Services exclude debris removal and site cleaning and a separate proposal will be provided if needed.

  • Services include assistance with insurance claims and we work directly with insurance adjusters if needed.

  • We offer assistance with financing options and provide required documents for construction loans or fire victim grants.
